Alanda Greene’s Book Launch and Reading

Join us for an exciting opportunity to celebrate a local writer!

Yasodhara Ashram, located in beautiful Kootenay Bay, is hosting the book launch of Alanda Greene’s recently released historical fiction novel titled Napi’s Dance.

The story involves two women, one Blackfoot and one white, who are united by a chance encounter in the prairies of the mid 1800’s. In a time of disruption and loss, their resilience and determination offer hope that their two peoples, as well as the natural world around them, can survive great change.

Join us on Sunday October 21st at 2 pm in our Mandala House for a reading, refreshments, and discussion. The ashram is located five minutes from the Kootenay Bay Ferry. Please call 1-800-661-8711 for more information.
