Movie Night at CBESS

The Change Agents YK poster-mar-13

Movie night this Monday, September 23 at Crawford Bay School (performance area).

The Change Agents is a movie made by students at LVR high school in Nelson.    Director Robyn Sheppard (drama teacher at LVR high school)  and Executive Producer JoAnn Lowell will be in attendance at this one time showing.  There will be an opportunity to discuss the movie and ask questions after the movie.

Check out the trailer at: www.thechangeagents.net

Doors open at 6:30 and movie starts at 6:45.  The movie is 85 minutes long.  Although it is made for general audience, children under 12 may not enjoy it. (Parents might want to get a childminder and come along!  Just so you know, many of the teens saw this film in youth group with Lee earlier this year.)

Cost is by donation- don’t stay home if you haven’t the money.  Suggested donation is $10 so we can support the production costs of the movie (and get some of the young actors some pay).

This event is organized by Selkirk College and the East Shore Learning Place.  You will be asked to write your name and contact information (which is how we count bums in seats) which will support the sustainability of the community learning hub.

Thanks
